We are delighted to bring yoga and mindfulness into the classroom. We can create a class schedule that works for each classroom, from 20 minutes to 1 hour. We focus on embodied movement and awareness, breathing exercises, and mindfulness practices. These of course include music, stories, and games just like all of our sessions. We are happy to accommodate no room for mats, or needing to leave shoes on as well! We have something for all situations.
